{"id":1800,"date":"2016-03-02T16:54:11","date_gmt":"2016-03-02T15:54:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lmc2.univ-lyon1.fr\/?page_id=1800"},"modified":"2016-03-03T09:37:24","modified_gmt":"2016-03-03T08:37:24","slug":"1800-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/lmc2.univ-lyon1.fr\/?page_id=1800","title":{"rendered":"PRORETEX"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1792 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/lmc2.univ-lyon1.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Proretex.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"929\" height=\"193\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lmc2.univ-lyon1.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Proretex.jpg 929w, https:\/\/lmc2.univ-lyon1.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Proretex-300x62.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lmc2.univ-lyon1.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Proretex-768x160.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 929px) 100vw, 929px\" \/><\/h4>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Protection et renforcement d\u2019infrastructures existantes par composites textiles dans le cas de sollicitations extr\u00eames (incendie \u2013 s\u00e9isme &#8211; explosion)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Objectifs\u00a0<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le projet PRORETEX a pour objectif de d\u00e9velopper, fabriquer et commercialiser une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de mat\u00e9riaux composites T.R.C hautes performances (textiles techniques impr\u00e9gn\u00e9s par matrices min\u00e9rales \u00e0 hautes performances m\u00e9caniques en temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es) pour assurer la protection et le renforcement d\u2019infrastructures existantes ou nouvelles vis-\u00e0-vis de sollicitations accidentelles extr\u00eames (incendie, explosion, s\u00e9isme).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans un second temps, l\u2019optimisation du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de renforcement (s\u00e9quence d\u2019empilement, mode de drapage, renforcement intra-laminaire, condition d\u2019adh\u00e9rence sur les diff\u00e9rents substrats, crit\u00e8res d\u2019isolation et de protection thermique, niveau de renforcement en fonction des diff\u00e9rentes conditions de sollicitations accidentelles\u2026) sera \u00e9tudi\u00e9e en laboratoire \u00e0 partir de diff\u00e9rentes exp\u00e9rimentations physiques ou num\u00e9riques conduites \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mat\u00e9riau et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle structurale. Le dimensionnement du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 devra satisfaire des crit\u00e8res de stabilit\u00e9 thermom\u00e9caniques et de durabilit\u00e9 pour des conditions d\u2019environnement s\u00e9v\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les travaux permettront la d\u00e9finition, la fabrication et la pr\u00e9-qualification de un \u00e0 deux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s constructifs compatibles avec les proc\u00e9dures actuelles de dimensionnement des ouvrages b\u00e9ton b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9, ma\u00e7onneries (EUROCODES) et avec les recommandations des diff\u00e9rents maitres d\u2019ouvrages concern\u00e9s par les champs d\u2019application des dispositifs de renforcement [EDF SEPTEN centrales nucl\u00e9aires, CETU centre d\u2019\u00e9tudes des tunnels, CETE, Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019exploitation des infrastructures routi\u00e8res (ATMB)].
